Empower Diaspora was founded by Ian Oundo with a mission to increase political participation and civic engagement within the African immigrant community, ensuring that they are informed, active, and influential in shaping policies at the local, state, and national levels. As an organization dedicated to fostering civic engagement and political participation, we believe that every voice in our community matters and deserves to be heard.
